Ciska den Boer started her journey at Zilveren Kruis as an intern in Strategy and Business Development, and has now been working as a transition advisor in elderly care for almost two years. In this role, she is dedicated to driving innovations in elderly care, aiming to make the sector future-proof. In terms of her educational background, Ciska completed a Bachelor’s in Health and Society and then went on to earn a Master’s in Communication, Health and Life Sciences at the WUR.
